Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
∎ Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales executives and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
∎ Create & maintain a database to obtain, update, monitor and evaluate market trends, application of products & technology, service needs, intelligence on competitors etc. in order to ensure a profitable growth.
∎ Ensure the activities and events of marketing communications, manage the marketing events and promotional campaign including participation in the specific promotional events.
∎ Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
∎ Work collaboratively across teams - including Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain and Marketing
∎ Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
∎ Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
∎ Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales operations with a reputed organization that include Textiles, Garment Trims & Accessories & Sewing Thread.
