Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team.
∎ Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and morale.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
∎ Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through KPI.
∎ Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and identify opportunities for new dealership partners.
∎ Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and service standards at dealerships.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners.
∎ Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
∎ Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
∎ Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities for geographic expansion.
∎ Collaborate with marketing team to align on lead generation and brand building strategies.
∎ Develop plans to increase product visibility and sales in key regions.
∎ Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the leadership team.
∎ Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
