Responsibilities & Context:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

  • Develop and execute service-focused digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other online platforms.

  • Manage paid advertisements for vehicle servicing, maintenance packages, and spare parts promotions.

  • Implement remarketing campaigns to engage existing customers and retain service loyalty.

2. Social Media & Customer Engagement:

  • Create and manage engaging content related to vehicle maintenance, offers, and service updates.

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints on social media to improve after-sales satisfaction.

  • Drive customer feedback and online reputation management.

3. SEO & Website Management:

  • Optimize website pages for after-sales services, spare parts, and maintenance solutions.

  • Improve search rankings through SEO strategies and blog content on car servicing tips.

  • Manage website updates related to service promotions, discounts, and special offers.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:

  • Track customer inquiries, bookings, and engagement through digital platforms.

  • Use Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Report on customer conversion rates from digital campaigns and suggest improvements.

5. Service Promotion & Customer Retention:

  • Develop email/SMS marketing campaigns for service reminders, maintenance alerts, and loyalty programs.

  • Promote special service offers, seasonal check-up packages, and extended warranty programs.

  • Collaborate with service advisors and customer care teams to enhance marketing efforts.

6. Coordination & Innovation:

  • Work closely with the after-sales service team to understand key offerings and customer needs.

  • Stay updated on digital trends in automotive after-sales marketing.

  • Explore new digital tools and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
