Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
∎ Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and growth.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
∎ Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the plastic industry.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to optimize overall business performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven experience in sales leadership within the plastic manufacturing industry.
