Job Context:
∎ A well reputed Home Appliance Company of Bangladesh is looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Sales who has experience in the Consumer Electronics Industry particularly in Refrigerator to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
∎ The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new Dealers & Channel partners.
∎ Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain of the company
∎ Nourishing new and existing Dealers & Channel partners.
∎ Conduct research to identify new market trends and customer need
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management to get maximum output for the business and reduce credit note & overdue up-to-zero level.
∎ Focus on Cash Sales
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing Dealers
∎ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Be determined to achieve your own goal along with the organizational goal
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
∎ Handle Complaints as per company policy
∎ Reporting to Management
∎ Ready to Travel when and where necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Refrigerator Sales through Dealers and Channel Partners.
∎ Analytical Skills is required
