Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Head of Retail Sales/Brand Manager will focus on shoe branding throughout business
∎ development.
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Have strong network in business community to appoint new dealer all over the country.
∎ To develop long and short-term strategies and plan for growth.
∎ Increase coverage of Outlets through merchandising activities regularly.
∎ Ensure product visibility in the outlets through merchandising activities regularly.
∎ Collect information about competitors' activities in the market.
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products meet customers' expectations.
∎ Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
∎ Responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Retail Sales/ Brand developing in Shoe Marketing Sector
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
