Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

Strong technical knowledge in the quality systems.

Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.

Job Context

We're looking for a Head of Quality (Garments Unit) who has strong strategic skills and the ability to develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality assurance systems and policies to standard as per the customer demand.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and ensure quality as per standard;

Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producers;

Review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and make recommendation for improvement as appropriate;

Develop and analysis data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product;

Monitor and collect customers satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement;

Train and develop the quality staff to enhance their capacity, productivity and quality by demonstrating strong leadership;

Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved;

Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization.
