Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and ensure quality as per standard;
∎ Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producers;
∎ Review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and make recommendation for improvement as appropriate;
∎ Develop and analyse data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product;
∎ Monitor and collect customers satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement;
∎ Train and develop the quality staff to enhance their capacity, productivity and quality by demonstrating strong leadership;
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved;
∎ Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity;
∎ Good liaison with different brands;
∎ Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues;
∎ Strong technical knowledge in the quality systems;
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
