Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh is also the sole distributor of an internationally favoured brand of lubricants, offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions.
∎ They have their own blending plant and are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the positions for required Department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and lead the QA & QC Department to test of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products as per guideline.
∎ Ensure all analytical results and documentations are generated of high quality in a timely manner.
∎ Participate in analytical investigations of out of specification product or raw materials (OOS) and examine results, change control requests, when necessary, generate deviation reports and root cause determination and provide recommendation for corrective actions.
∎ Identify and develop continuous improvement initiatives and ensure implementation, follow up and closure of Corrective and Preventative Actions.
∎ Participation to ensure corporate compliance with regulations as required by OEM customers/Industrial customers.
∎ As required, provide assistance with Internal GMP and 3rd party Audit; Manage and execute IMS Internal Audit program.
∎ Review, and when required as a backup, approve certificates of analysis of products, calibration reports, analytical monographs, master batch records and packaging records in compliance with customer requirements.
∎ As required, develop and update laboratory guidelines and SOPs related to IMS regulations
∎ Provide assistance and technical support for equipment or process optimization, validation, calibration.
∎ Other activities as instructed by the plant manager.
