Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Additional Requirements:
Experience in the Quality Assurance field with a strong background of working with leading RMG companies in Bangladesh is essential.
Proven ability to manage large production volumes and manpower effectively.
Certification in Quality Assurance courses will be highly preferred.
Thorough understanding of international quality standards, processes, and industry best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department, ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and buyer requirements.
Oversee the implementation of QA processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in quality.
Monitor the work of In-charges in Cutting, Sewing, CAD & Pattern, Washing, Finishing & Product Safety teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues.
Manage a large team of quality controllers, auditors, and supervisors, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
Prepare and present quality reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
