∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement quality procedures, standards & specifications to improve the production process to ensure standard quality with the guidance of the COO.
∎ Perform and ensure Raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods testing meet local and international regulatory requirements and report to the COO.
∎ Have adequate knowledge/hands-on experience in QC testing of RM/PM in a biscuit industry with knowledge of handling and operation of QC lab equipment.
∎ Assure the consistency and reliability of the final output by checking & controlling the operational parameters
∎ Perform shelf-life stability study analysis of Existing products and ongoing products.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and perform statistical analysis
∎ Facilitate a proactive approach by collecting and analyzing quality data
∎ Keep records of statistical reviews, quality reports, and relevant quality documentation
∎ Report day-to-day quality-related issues to the head of Quality & take preventive action
∎ Plan, execute, and monitor on-line quality testing
∎ Provide product ingredient list, and nutritional facts information of every new product.
∎ Perform an internal audit. With coordination to Warehouse, Engineering, Production
∎ Monitor Hygiene and sanitation reports and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Pest control Monitoring & reporting to the Head of Quality.
∎ Develop a product wrapper diagram according to packing materials measurement
∎ Support employees to develop their careers within the organization through the implementation of training & development programs aligned to business goals.
∎ Responsible for handling any Consumer and customer complaints.
∎ Responsible for ensuring legal body Approval (BSTI) and valid license is in place.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management
