∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of Dry Process & Wet Process;
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills;
∎ Strong expertise to head Production department;

∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the entire gamut of manufacturing of wash apparel, PPC, Sourcing, Range finalization/approvals, vendor development, distribution of production, follow up of production, and quality control of wash garments and achieve annual plan/budget;
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to the productivity of the production unit for garments by - a) Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity; b) Analyze, control, and reduce costs effectively and efficiently;
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures, and practices;
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance and efficiency;
∎ Manage work-in-progress costing, negotiate to price (if assigned), and able to do the right costing;
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development plans;
∎ Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC;
∎ Responsible for reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, monthly stock, people, quality, and safety for effective decision-making by management;
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site;
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the superior.
