Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute innovative product strategies for needle loom narrow fabrics to meet market trends and customer demands.
∎ Lead and manage the product development team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Oversee the design, development, and production of high-quality needle loom narrow fabrics with a focus on technical feasibility and scalability.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product lines.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
∎ Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
∎ Address technical challenges and resolve issues related to needle loom fabric production.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on product development progress and performance to support strategic planning and decision-making.
