∎ Oversee the design and creation of high-quality Jacquard narrow fabrics with a focus on technical feasibility and manufacturability.
∎ Develop and implement innovative product strategies aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
∎ Lead and manage the product development team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product development.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure successful product outcomes.
∎ Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
∎ Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
∎ Address technical challenges and troubleshoot issues in fabric design and production.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on product development progress and outcomes to support strategic decision-making.
