∎ Age 34 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take full accountability for factory operations from cutting to packing.
∎ Establish and drive the factory's performance to meet and exceed defined KPIs.
∎ Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments, sections, and processes.
∎ Maintain and uphold Total Quality Management Systems (TQMS) as per the quality standards required by buyers.
∎ Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure the plant achieves the required production capacity.
∎ Drive efficiency and productivity within the facility to meet operational benchmarks.
∎ Oversee production planning, coordination, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
∎ Address daily operational challenges and implement proactive solutions.
∎ Lead the establishment and management of training and development programs within the facility.
