∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field from reputed local and international universities. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree from accredited institutions.

∎ Exceptional proficiency in communication both in English and Bangla across all modalities with a focus on business acumen and interpersonal effectiveness.
∎ Demonstrated leadership ability, with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
∎ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effectively navigating complex challenges and driving actionable insights.
∎ Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment, fostering synergy and achieving collective goals.
∎ Mastery of MS Office and advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
∎ Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a commitment to delivering results under pressure.
∎ Minimum 10 to 12 Years of Experience and on which a minimum of 4/5 years in a managerial position in Planning and Execution Role in FMCG/ Tea/ Power Industries in local and or multinational companies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans, aligning with the company's objectives and market dynamics, while considering tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
∎ Drive successful project execution by ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
∎ Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of new business initiatives, concurrently managing multiple projects with varying complexities.
∎ Serve as the primary liaison between different teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels, providing regular updates on task status, risks, and issues.
∎ Co-ordinate with Board Directors in different business issues in regular basis.
∎ Collaborate closely with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and support the implementation of strategic directives.
∎ Foster productive relationships with external partners and stakeholders, addressing their needs while managing internal resources to ensure project success.
∎ Facilitate effective communication by preparing and disseminating meeting minutes, decisions, and documentation to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
∎ The responsibilities of the Manager- Strategic Planning and Project Management include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
