Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing over all supervision of the factories all activities. He also responsible for supervising and coordineting all production process , and shipment works. Develop and define critical performance metrics to control processes, measure performance, and guide corrective action
∎ Direct all personnel activities including staffing, employee relations, goal setting, personal development, performance reviews, discipline and terminations
∎ Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance goals and objectives in cooperation with executive team
∎ Manage budgets, schedules and key operating metrics
∎ Formulate, manage and control production operating budget and ensure that manufacturing costs are within budget etc

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years experience in Garment Indsustry and must minimum 10 years in Automatic Jackured Sweater factory ( minimum 3 years as same level position ).
