∎ Drive business growth and oversee the manufacturing plant's efficient operations.
∎ Lead the oven-based manufacturing business.
∎ Ensure smooth operations across production, IE, cutting, quality, washing, technical, and sample divisions.
∎ Restructure and redesign operational processes for improved outcomes.
∎ Responsible for implementing modern manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques.
∎ Manage and control the operational budget.
∎ Lead the team by example and provide training to achieve business success.
