Experience:

• At least 10 years

• B.Sc in Civil/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Applied Physics from any reputed university.

• At least 10 years

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Solid understanding of public procurement systems, PPA/PPR rules, and documentation.
• Experience in Solar Power and Laboratory Equipment will be treated as an added advantage.
• Age is flexible for highly experienced candidates.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of government tendering procedures and PPA/PPR rules.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute all types of tender processes including LTM, OTM, DPM, Paper-based and International Tenders.

• Prepare complete Tender Documents and ensure smooth coordination throughout the entire bidding process.

• Develop and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and gather/analyze/estimate pricing for both local and international items.

• Maintain compliance with government procurement rules and donor guidelines.

• Collaborate with technical, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.

• Assist senior management in strategic decision-making and operational planning.
