Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be engaged with the overall operations of the company.
∎ To oversee the day to day production and operations.
∎ To develop the plan of overall operations of annual, quarterly and monthly.
∎ To evaluate business growth, maintain and achieve the target.
∎ To execute relevant policies or CAP for organizational development.
∎ To establish and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with vendor and suppliers.
∎ To work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ To build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork among employees.
∎ To create synergistic growth strategies across the group.
∎ To collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources designed to accommodate rapid profitable growth and create maximum long-term enterprise value.
∎ To establish and measure key operational performance indicator for the organization and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed upon performance goals.
∎ To define monthly reporting requirements for all operations and functions and provide timely.
∎ To develop a quality control system and processes to deliver optimal performance in all operational areas including production, sourcing and logistics.
∎ To remain up to date about all the technology and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
