Job Responsibilities:
∎ Context analysis - support HoM on the analysis of the area, compiling the info from the PC supports of OCA and the HOM supports of all sections.
∎ Supports the HoM on the security analysis. Keeps a logbook of incidents in collaboration with the PC supports of the projects. Coordinates with other sections HoM supports to maintain the respective incidents logbooks and facilitates the maintenance of a common logbook for all sections
∎ In collaboration with the PC supports, creates and maintains the mapping of actors in the OCA area of operations. Collaborates (having the lead) with the HOM supports of all sections on common actor mapping
∎ Works closely and leads the HoM supports of all sections on a unifying tools, processes, inputs and maintenance of reporting
∎ Supports the HoM on the engagement with the authorities in Cox bazaar level: RRRC, DC, Law enforcement, CS (in coordination with the Medical CR) and DPHE (in coordination with the watsanco)
∎ Is the focal point for contacts/ communication with all local authorities in Cox level. Maintains the meeting logbook up to date.
∎ Under the guidance of HOM, safe-guard and promote MSF's image with external stake holders
∎ In coordination with the Dhaka Access Manager, ensures that the administrative tasks in COX related to intersectional FD1 and FD6 are followed. Works together with the Access Manager on the development of the MEGA FD6 renewal strategy, contributes on the content of the proposal and reports.
∎ Coordinates with the sections under the "MEGA" coherence on narrative in front of CiC or UNOs.
∎ Manages the request of the Pratan Patra related to MEGA FD6, supporting the team dealing with the Teknaf and Ukhiya UNO.
∎ Is the first contact and focal point for incoming Special Branch/NSI inquiries. Leads the contact with NSI and SB in COX requesting info for the security clearances related to work permit applications.
∎ Facilitates the COX PC support and HoM support platform, ensuring a meeting per month, managing agenda and minutes.
∎ Compiles and sends international staff list to RRRC, NSI, DSB and DGFI every month.
∎ Is the focal point and is facilitating the issuing camp pass for international staff of all sections.
∎ Collects the 19-points reports from all sections and submits to RRRC office.
∎ Compiles and submits monthly inputs for the sitrep of OCA
∎ Is the intersectional focal point for requests to RRRC, DC and CS office (such as cargo release, construction etc.) and follows up closely to get the approvals.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 111840 - 134208 (Monthly)
∎ Salary according to level 9 of the internal MSF salary grid, which is 111,840 BDT gross.
