Job Context:
∎ The incumbent of the job ensures that tasks are being assigned to the Merchandising team. The jobholder takes initiatives lead a team of merchandizers to achieve sales, input flow and cost targets. The salient features of the job include (not exhaustive) negotiating & solving critical issues relating to Sales and purchase negotiations, Product/sample development Cost/consumption, Supply chain management, Order information management (Tech Pack), Customer relationship management and business development, Contingency management through APIS, Business and Product development, Time and action plan and, Perform all other tasks necessary to achieve the purpose of the job to facilitate smooth production runs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he is Responsible for the end to end process (concept to delivery) of Merchandising and Business Development
∎ S/he Manages the entire product development and the customer servicing front of the company
∎ S/he Ensure long term growth of the business in-terms of volume, value and profitability.
∎ S\he analyzes sales trends, develops existing accounts and sources new customers to make sales projection (total minutes sold times price per minute) in order to fulfill agreed sales target set time to time.

∎ Age 45 to 50 years
