Additional Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making capability
  • Expertise in brand marketing and campaign management
  • Ability to act independently and contribute to strategic planning, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and E-Tendering will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Tobacco, FMCG, Life Insurance or Retail will be preferred.


Responsibilities & Context:

A well-reputed real estate company, established to meet the rapidly evolving infrastructural needs of Bangladesh, is inviting applications from experienced and committed professionals for the position of Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and revenue targets.

  • Lead brand positioning to establish a strong, premium, and differentiated presence in both local and international real estate markets.

  • Design and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity, visibility, and long-term sustainability.

  • Drive 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital) for project launches, promotions, and lifestyle positioning.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new growth and investment opportunities.

  • Build compelling real estate investment narratives focusing on ROI, asset appreciation, and long-term value.

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with investors, government bodies, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

  • Represent the organization at high-profile events, expos, and industry forums to strengthen brand positioning and business networks.

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation for lead generation.

  • Oversee customer engagement strategies including loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and community-building activities.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing efforts directly drive sales conversion.

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI while maintaining premium brand standards.

  • Set KPIs and develop performance dashboards to track brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team (Branding, Digital, PR, Media, Creative).

  • Manage external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure quality execution, innovation, and cost efficiency.
