Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and revenue targets.
Lead brand positioning to establish a strong, premium, and differentiated presence in both local and international real estate markets.
Design and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity, visibility, and long-term sustainability.
Drive 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital) for project launches, promotions, and lifestyle positioning.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new growth and investment opportunities.
Build compelling real estate investment narratives focusing on ROI, asset appreciation, and long-term value.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with investors, government bodies, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
Represent the organization at high-profile events, expos, and industry forums to strengthen brand positioning and business networks.
Lead digital transformation initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation for lead generation.
Oversee customer engagement strategies including loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and community-building activities.
Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing efforts directly drive sales conversion.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI while maintaining premium brand standards.
Set KPIs and develop performance dashboards to track brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team (Branding, Digital, PR, Media, Creative).
Manage external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure quality execution, innovation, and cost efficiency.
