Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Approve and implement Brand Positioning & Communication strategy.
∎ Responsible for conceptualizing the marketing plan; prepares all annual plans and budget planning activities for all brands
∎ Liaison with external agencies and media houses in getting the different marketing related activities implemented on-time in a cost-effective manner
∎ Monitors the media buying and planning for the company.
∎ Monitors design and implementation of all ATL and consumer oriented BTL Activities.
∎ Managing the brand performance and marketing ROI.
∎ Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing consumers.
∎ Identify opportunities like new product launch in existing markets or entry into new markets.
∎ Propose any brand extension supported by Indian Marketing team subjected to Country Head’s approval.
∎ Critical stakeholder in the annual sales target and three months sale forecast for S&OP meeting
∎ Overall responsibility to approve, manage, and implement 360-degree consumer centric marketing strategies in alignment with organizational goals:
