∎ Masters/ MBA (Marketing) from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Shopping mall

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A solid understanding and track record in sales of commercial Space.
∎ Formulate effective plans & systems to ensure smooth functioning of Marketing & Sales, Branding & Creative Skills for achieving desired business objective.
∎ Skill relating to Teamwork, including Strategic Guidance, Staff Development, Coaching, Managing Performance, Administration, Reporting & Strong people management skills.
∎ Expert skills in the building and management of both internal and external relationships with shop owners, clients and team members, exceptional customer focus & driven to achieve targeted results.
∎ Development, implementation & direction of all Emergency and Safety Programs.
∎ Knowledge of Leases and leasing, accounting, budgeting & trial balance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, able to take challenge.
