Experience:
BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field.
Vast experience in industrial product marketing, preferably stainless steel, metal & Thai sector.
Proven leadership experience in managing a large marketing/sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
The Head of Marketing/GM (Marketing & Sales) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business growth targets of Sanji Stainless Steel Industries Ltd. The incumbent must have strong experience in stainless steel or related industrial products, brand development, and dealer/distributor network management across Bangladesh as well as to administer/monitoring capacity of sales and marketing team.
Formulate and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to meet company objectives.
Lead and manage nationwide sales & marketing team, ensuring achievement of sales targets as well as collection.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in stainless steel products (coil, sheet, pipe etc.) across the country.
Maintain and expand relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators, and institutional clients as well as informed competitive company policies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, product branding, digital promotions and exhibitions etc.
Work closely with production and supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery at the door of clients.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates for management and submit to Hon’ble MD.
Ensure strong customer relationship management (CRM) and after-sales service.
Motivate, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Assign any other responsibilities by Hon’ble MD.
