Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Marketing, Textile Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Media from a reputed university.
Training/certification in Digital Marketing / Branding / SEO / Google Analytics will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 5–10 years total experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience in Apparel / Textile / Fashion / Export-oriented industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record in digital marketing, brand building, and international B2B marketing.
Strong knowledge of global apparel markets, branding trends, and digital sales funnels.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
Expertise in content strategy, photo/video direction, graphic communication, and digital analytics.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English is mandatory; foreign language skills (e.g., French, German) are an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Branding & Positioning
Develop and implement the overall marketing, branding, and digital communication strategy aligned with BSAM’s global business goals.
Strengthen BSAM’s brand positioning in target markets including USA, EU, UK, and Australia.
Plan and execute brand identity materials: company profile, presentations, catalogs, brochures, labels, packaging, website content, and factory marketing videos.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage all digital channels: Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Alibaba, YouTube, TikTok, B2B directories.
Create strategic online campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads, factory inquiries, and global buyer engagement.
Oversee SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing tools to expand inbound customer acquisition.
Monitor analytics, KPI dashboards, and digital performance metrics.
Content Creation & Creative Direction
Lead content creation for product photoshoots, factory visuals, lifestyle images, and sample showcases.
Develop creative advertising concepts, seasonal campaigns, brand stories, and sustainability narratives.
Direct the design team for social media graphics, banners, buyer presentations, and brand assets.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct global fashion, price, and trend research to support product innovation.
Monitor competitor activity, digital strategies, and international apparel marketing standards.
Coordination & Business Development
Collaborate with merchandising, R&D, and production teams to align marketing objectives with samples, buyer development, and exhibitions.
Support international buyer communication and trade show participations.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
