Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in English/Journalism/Media & Communication is preferred
∎ Understanding of micro finance / finance will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in brand image development, brand strategy for short as well as long term;
∎ Copy writing
∎ New product development and launch
∎ Planning and execution of all communications across all media.
∎ Management of Print and Electronic Media for effective branding
∎ Strong command over both English and Bengali
∎ Communications with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of new developments
∎ Communicate with the media and other interested parties to announce new services
∎ Communicate with different stakeholder for brand promotion
∎ Visiting different organizations
∎ Planning and develop new content
∎ Planning and organizing different awareness campaigns for Shakti
∎ Create the content of the Shakti Newsletter
∎ Prepare the annual report
∎ Managing and updating the website and social media sites.
∎ Any others responsibilities to be assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have good knowledge and practical experience doing advertising and developing brand promotional material
∎ Prepare various type of graphic design materials for digital marketing & print.
∎ A quick thinker, versatile, and able to work in a fast paced environment
∎ A good communicator, team player and problem solver with a strong attention to detail.
∎ Will be supervising graphic designer, content developer and animation video
∎ Have knowledge of advertising
∎ Have good understanding of printing materials, signboards etc
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
