We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Maintenance Manager for Shoe Master Footwear Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and engage the Maintenance team to build competence and meet current and future operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ISO standards, and Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems, with a focus on maintaining critical safety equipment across all over the factory.
- Manage and improve maintenance plans, systems, spare parts inventory, team performance, external service contracts, and costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing the Standard Operations System and proactive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs.
- Minimize equipment downtime by regularly reviewing asset performance and identifying areas for operational improvement
- All machinery & related parts need to handle independently.
