∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Detail oriented and highly motivated team player.
∎ A willingness to teach junior designers.
∎ A positive, creative attitude
∎ Some experience in PLM systems preferred.
∎ Assist in the team approval phase (this includes multiple rounds of design/fabric/trim revisions, team board revisions until final approval is reached).
∎ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design for product preferably within the athletic, fashion or footwear space
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in designing a consumer and retail-centric seasonal product line
∎ Innovate new footwear technologies and disruptive aesthetics
∎ Support and contribute to strategic brand and technology direction through product design
∎ Travel to domestic and international markets to continuously develop industry, consumer and retail knowledge
∎ Travel to Asia to manage the footwear development process with our factory partners
∎ Execute and implement the seasonal Direction of the Category according to market trends overall Design Direction and ensure consistency though graphics
∎ Ensure proper handover of graphic artworks to development
∎ Must be available for work travel
∎ Assist the Senior Designer in sketching & developing to the product category he / she is assigned to
∎ Organize and update Design sketch & trend boards for use and reference at all times
