Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • Must be experienced in lift sales and have interest in electrical and electronics products

  • Must be sound in using computer devices and MS Office Suite

  • Must have general idea regarding sales process and credit regulation

  • Must maintain customer relations and have sound communication skills both in speaking and writing



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional development of Lift Sales-Corporate Sales department

  • To prepare sales budget; monitor and approve expenses for Lift sales

  • To review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets

  • To identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts

  • To resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations

  • To maintain inter-department relationships for smooth sales operations

  •  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets for lift products/services

  • To develop, maintain and execute territory wise sales plan, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company objectives

  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.10. To perform other duties as assigned by the superiors
