Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
∎ High-school diploma or equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Open the lifeguard facilities before open the park and setup regular elements on daily bases
∎ Make and register water-tests and oversee checklists performing by the team
∎ Provide to the Duty Manager the "ready to go" signal
∎ Make daily pre-opening meeting to share agenda, news, and provide materials and equipment
∎ Supervise and assist lifeguards on pre-opening tasks
∎ Supervise lifeguards performance and procedures
∎ Ensure policies, guidelines and safety procedures are followed
∎ Administer first AID until the First AID attendant arrives
∎ Evaluate conditions for safety and initiates aquatic emergency action plan
∎ Provide coverage during breaks and when they leaves
∎ Provide first level answer to guest complaints or escalate the superior if needed
∎ Take note of all success to the following Lifeguard Supervisor
∎ Execute regular training programs in fundamentals of swimming as needed
∎ Communicate technical and cleaning issues and follow-up solving process
∎ Provide reporting to the Operations Manager and GM
∎ Assist to the Operations Manager as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 08-10 year’s experience at World-Class water park project / Five-star Hotel / Resort.
Lifeguarding Red Cross certification or equivalent.
Knowledge about how to swim.
Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Other Benefits:
