• Comply with different rules & procedures of the Central Bank.

• Prepare plan and work within budgetary guideline.

• Conceptualize, develop and implement plans for new liability products with the ultimate goal to contribute to the profitability of the Bank and so on.

• Develop a corporate liability strategy and Marketing strategy for a particular city/region and execute it.

• Onboard clients with a solutions-based approach, developing unique solutions wherever required.

• Manage relationships with existing clients and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximize revenues from these services.

• Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.

• Distribute sales target of Corporate Liability/ Deposit among the team, prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan for the RMs/ARMs and guide them to strictly follow the prepared plan.

• Enhance deposit base of the Bank to support Bank`s lending growth and improve deposit mix through various initiatives and strategies specially the Public Sector Deposits.

• Liaise with the Asset Liability Management Committee to ensure right strategies for deposit mobilization.

• Solicit New to Bank relationships, as well as manage an assigned portfolio with existing (non- borrowing) commercial clients, to retain & grow their banking relationships in a profitable manner and in line with assigned business growth targets.

• Any other task as and when assigned by Management.
