Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Law / Bachelor of Law form any public University.
∎ Education from foreign institution in Law will get added advantages.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Bangladesh Bar Council Member,Enrolled with High Court
∎ Skills Required: Consultant

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Law, Compliance Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Lawyer, Regulatory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To represent the companies in the lower courts, high courts and other special courts like Divisional court, Labour Court and Custom and Excise Court.
∎ Follow up civil, criminal & Labour cases, correspondence with law firm.
∎ To draft civil revision, Writ Petition in the Hon'ble High Court Division of Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
∎ Vetting agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Power of Attorney,
∎ Trade Marks & Copy Rights matter, deal with registrar of Joint Stock Companies & firms, Rajuk etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Problem solving/Analysis Skill
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, able to take challenge.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
