Educational Requirements:
∎ LLB & LLM from any reputed University.
∎ Advocateship will be treated as additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Matters relating to ADR and Arbitration Tribunal.
∎ Look after legal and membership matters.
∎ Documentation on Company Act 1994, Commercial Law, Trade organization act 2022, Arbitration Act and other related Laws, Ordinances Rules, Regulations etc.
∎ Any other Legal matter as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in the related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Commercial Law, Company Act, Trade Organization Act, Arbitration Act & rules.
∎ Retired Judicial Service officials are preferred.
∎ Age at least 35 years at the date of application deadline.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills is
∎ required for the position.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to work well as part of a multi disciplined team.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management and clients.
∎ Ability to identify key issues and present advice and decisions in a precise and
∎ understandable manner.
