Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with Hon. Preferably in Development Management, Social Science, Public Admin or Health Science or any other relevant subject.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma/ Diploma Course in Safety management / OHS will be treated as the additional qualification.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bangla and English
∎ Computer Skill in MS Word, Excel and Power point presentation

Job Context:
∎ An apex trade organization of Bangladesh looking for a Project Coordinator who will be reporting to Advisor of the Safety Council of the organization. We need dedicated, self-motivated, and proactive professional who have experience working in reputed organization.
∎ Job Nature: - Contractual service for a period of Ten and Half month for the Project. (May be extended)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Management, monitoring and supervision of Project activities.
∎ Prepare plan and budget of the activities of the project
∎ Implementation of the activities as per plan. .
∎ To prepare training curriculum, training outline, session plan, conduct training courses on safety and OSH,
∎ Liaison with resource persons for conduct training courses like as Chambers, Associations, government intuitions (DIFE, MOLE, BFSCD) and other concerned organizations.
∎ Prepare report of the project activities.
∎ Develop awareness training materials on OSH and Safety.
∎ Necessary Media communication
∎ Communication with relevant ministries like as DIFE, MOLE, BFSCD, BIDA etc.
∎ Any other assignments related to the Project and Safety Council activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience of Minimum 10 years Govt. / Corporation/ Safety/ health projects of DPs/ NGOs.
∎ Experience to implement OSH and Safety related project.
∎ Develop materials on OSH.
∎ Develop training manual on OSH and Safety Committee.
∎ Develop advocacy and awareness materials on OSH.
∎ Working experience in OSH related areas will be the additional qualification and will get priority.
∎ Experience to work with government will be added an advantage.
∎ Age 40 years and above at the date of application deadline.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, well-constructed negotiation skill, is required for the position.
∎ Ability to identify key issues and present advice and decisions in a precise and understandable manner.
