Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Legal, Legal Affairs, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perusal of Deed of Mortgage, Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Charge creating documents, Redemption of mortgage and cancellation of all charge creating documents.
∎ Preparation / vetting of Share Purchase agreement
∎ Preparation / vetting of any Joint Venture Agreement with any third Party.
∎ Perusal of Concession Agreement for any large project based on PPP (Public Private Partnership).
∎ Taking confirmation from Hon’ble High Court Division regarding amendment of Memorandum of Association, condonation of delay in case of creation of charge, Merger / amalgamation with any other companies.
∎ Filing Writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court Division challenging any adverse government decision having financial impact on the Group.
∎ Look after and frame strategy of all pending litigations before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and work for a positive outcome.
∎ Filing and defending litigations to avoid any adverse result.
∎ Frame strategies regarding all pending litigations of lower court and work for quick solutions of disputes.
∎ Regarding purchase of new land, area based assigned persons shall peruse the land documents, proceed to registration and finally mutate the purchased land.
∎ Rent (khajna) of all land should be up-to-date.
∎ Regarding selling of plots, area based assigned persons shall register plot and mutate land in the name of purchasers.
∎ Any dispute / confusion with plot purchasers should be mitigated promptly to achieve better customers’ satisfaction.
∎ Allotment & Mutation disputes may be pending before AC (Land), ADC (Revenue), Additional Divisional Commissioner and Land Appeal Board.
∎ Proper strategies should be framed and implemented for earliest solution of these pending disputes.
∎ Drafting / vetting all sorts of agreement with third parties and keep a register regarding their validity period.
∎ Drafting / vetting all sorts of Supplementary Agreement or cancellation agreement.
∎ Issuing Legal Notice asking for legal redresses and Reply to Legal Notice.
∎ Drafting letters having legal implications to regulators / stakeholders.
∎ Meeting with regulators / stakeholders representing the group to avoid potential complications.
∎ In case of any accident or sudden crisis, frame a strategy to mitigate the issue within shortest possible time.
∎ A category based list of compliance documents should be prepared and it should be always up-to-date.
∎ To protect intellectual properties of the group in the form of trademark or design.
∎ Apart from the above stated issues the position will also be responsible to execute assignments by the Management of Jamuna Group.
