Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directs technical analysis (parameters) to ensure cost effective fabric constructions, GSM, Dias, shrinkage & spirality
∎ Sets parameter for various fabric and fix SOP (appropriate yarn count as well as appropriate parameters & machine set up according to fabrics properties) based on fabric type
∎ Controls dia, shrinkage & GSM in greige fabric stage to achieve right quality
∎ Ensures stability of elestane fabric and design fabric
∎ Gives prompt decision in most critical cases regarding fabric technical & quality issues
∎ Proposes proper selection method of raw materials (yarn, elestane, fiber etc)
∎ Develops new fabrics as per buyer requirements
∎ Ensures transparency in documentation
∎ Ensure utilization of in-house machines
∎ Ensures time-line is met against each order (yarn purchase date, knitting start and end date, fabric delivery date etc)

∎ Age at least 30 years
