Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline from a reputed university at home/abroad and having no 3rd division/class in academic career. Professional qualifications like, CA/ACA/ACCA/CMA/CISA/CFA will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 20 years of experiences in any reputed commercial Bank with at least 5 years of relevant experience in ICC.
∎ Requirements: Shall be responsible for conducting Internal Audits and overall function of Bank's ICC Division.
∎ Managing external stakeholders, audit committee and the Board of Directors. Run ICC Division complying core risk management guidelines as set by Bangladesh Bank. Sound knowledge of GB/Credit/FT, Basel III and AML etc and security measures to prevent fraudulence and risk-reduction solution etc is also preferred.
∎ Age Limit : Not exceeding 55 years (relaxable for deserving candidates).
