Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh is also the sole distributor of an internationally favored brand of lubricants, offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions.
∎ They are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Head of Industrial Sales.
∎ Employ a consultative sales approach that focuses on building a long term, value-based relationship with customers, penetrating them for further business and maximizing the margin they create while reducing the time and costs in managing them. Responsible for running POE Team to deliver results as per Annual Business Plan.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet Annual Business Target as per Annual Business Plan
∎ Develop Sales Prospect Pipeline
∎ Develop Sales Strategy & Action Plan for Assigned Segment / Territory
∎ Assign Responsible Sales Team Members for each Account
∎ Oversee daily, weekly and monthly performance of respective team.
∎ Visit Customer Office and Plant / Factory regularly
∎ Prepare Strategic Pipeline and manage same for business growth.
∎ Meet and convert OEMs for using products and services offered.
∎ Develop relationship with OEMs and Key Accounts to ensure timely order, import and delivery.
∎ End-to-end Account Supervision for power plant prospects and clients.
∎ Meet and discuss with Key Decision Makers to close deals.
∎ Convert Key Prospects to Customer
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
∎ Develop & Maintain relationship with key customers
∎ Ensure timely payment from customer as per company policy
∎ Execute Sales & Technical Presentations to customers
∎ Visit customer site and observe initial filling of products
∎ Collect oil samples and send to laboratory for testing
∎ Maintain Lab Report Data and perform Trending Analysis
∎ Provide Technical Support to customer
∎ Arrange and execute seminars and events in line with Marketing Plan
∎ Develop Proof of Performance Trials and Testimonials from customers
∎ Maintain account ledger of all customers
∎ Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting of Business Activity
∎ Gather and update Market Information to management
∎ Reports to Director - Sales & Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-7 years in B2B & Technical Sales Experience preferred
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Salary: Negotiable
