∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar field is required.
∎ Ability to lead a large team with work schedule.
∎ Ability to promote positive work relationships with service personnel and other departments

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure on time shipments - Quality standards, Compliance Standards to uplift profit and recognition.
∎ Providing SMV with suggested % of efficiency including PPH to Merchandising Dept.
∎ Provide Better SMV / PPH by re-evaluating the confirmed styles. Monitoring Line performance & improving the performances of low efficiency lines.
∎ Prepare production incentive report and Analyzing the MOM improvement.
∎ Lead the Centralized GSD Costing Team.
∎ Provide all costing and production SMV for all factories.
∎ Review Style development, Style Briefing & Risk Analysis, Style process integration and simplification, Continuous follow up Quick Change Over – QCO.
∎ Identify process GAPs, review root causes, redesign the process and SOP.
∎ Handling overall operational responsibility in the Unit.
