• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science or relevant fields from any reputed university.

• Collecting business requirements, planning, requirement analysis, design, and transferring the same knowledge to the team for preparing technical specifications and bring out solutions

• Tracking and reporting project progress, communicating between team members and engineering leadership, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail  

• Guiding a team of developers in implementing the software and hardware project roadmap, ensuring its successful execution      

• Creating and managing ICT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources

• Participating in complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and guide operational troubleshooting  

• Evaluating and recommending technology investments and upgrades

• Recruiting, training, and leading a team of ICT engineers, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff also 

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ICT department     

• Setting yearly goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members

• Developing of industry standards, technology architecture and the ICT operations governance process 

• Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization`s data and systems from cyber threats  

• Evaluating, selecting, and managing relationships with ICT vendors and service providers

• Overseeing data storage, backup, and recovery strategies to ensure data availability and integrity

• Any other job assigned from time to time by the honorable management
