∎ We are looking for a leader who is passionate about development communications, who believes in influencing as a strategy to make lasting changes and the one who has an excellent ability to envision programs and a fantastic appreciation for aesthetics. We are essentially looking at someone who can articulate in English and Bangla, who can be the face of Oxfam for social media handles and other forms of media and who can represent Oxfam's values and feminist principles. At least five to seven years of experience and a proven track record will be essential for our future Head of ICAM.
