Job Context:
∎ The ICAM unit of Oxfam in Bangladesh is being set up to provide high-level technical support to our programs delivering the country strategy. This role is leadership role, and the main purpose of this role is to develop, amend, strengthen and deliver Oxfam`s influencing strategy in Bangladesh. This precisely includes designing of campaigns, management of social media, development of content, extracting impact stories from our programs and turning them into high-level communication products, managing our branding according to the organisational policy and leading certain advocacy-related activities such as round-table meetings, large events, etc. Oxfam has a long-standing historical legacy in Bangladesh. This role is also designed to preserve this history in the form of archives for old photographs, publications, testimonials etc.
∎ Location: Dhaka (with field visits as per requirement).
∎ Job type: Fixed Term.
Salary:
∎ As per Oxfam National C1 pay band with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave & insurance.
