Job Context:

∎ Level: Senior level position
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years’ experience in Project management in Humanitarian Context, Working experience in Cox’s Bazar will get preferences.
∎ Excellent coordination and communication skill with the donors, government and other stakeholders, experience in working with UN organization such as WFP, IOM, UNHCR, Unicef will get preferences.
∎ Excellent in stakeholder management, project risk management, issue management to smooth operation of the projects at field level
∎ Experience in financial management such as budget management, procurement, audit and other financial compliances
∎ Experience and skill to develop the concept note for fundraising and proven track records of fundraising will get preferences.
∎ Excellent in report writing skills both narrative and financial report
∎ Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, strong value based commitment.
∎ Strategic thinking, decision making, managing and bringing results to the table
∎ Good computer skills in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
