Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for recruitment, placement, retaining, training & developing of the employees to meet the company's goals & values.
∎ Responsible for developing policy & procedures pertaining to HR issues.
∎ Develop appropriate HR processes and practices as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
∎ Responsible to maintain employees' personal files, retention and documentations related to HR.
∎ Maintain and follow legal procedures in case of job separation of any employee following Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave etc.
∎ Responsible for management & compensation benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel;
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview & knowledge about KPI
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies and guidelines at a high standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ Follow up disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance handling.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on HR & administrative issues..
∎ Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
∎ Follow up health, hygienic and safety issues
