Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/MBA, Major in HRM from any reputed University
∎ Special training in Human Resources/Social Compliance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and monitor HR Admin & Compliance plan and policies, ensure full and professional implementation in all business units of the company.
∎ Administer the payroll system through Human Resources Information System, ensure transparent payment, reducing to zero error.
∎ Ensure the implementation of recruitment and selection policy of the company, recruit and select right candidates within the right time frame as per manpower plan.
∎ Ensure and monitor Performance Management system and assist all concerned to practice the appraisal process by preparing and updating necessary documents as and when required.
∎ Ensure the implementation of different buyers COC/Compliance standard (i.e. IKEA, H&M) and facilitate certification program like BSCI, SEDEX, RCS, OHSAS, OEKO-TEX, C-TPAT, ISO 28000, LEED etc., keep factory full compliant in 365 days.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) based on Internal and External audits & ensure physical execution of the recommendations.
∎ Ensure necessary training to workers & staff as per yearly training calendar such as Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Buyer code of conduct, legal rights, Abuse and harassment, Company policies etc.
∎ Identify potential fire hazards and risk analysis, Conduct fire drill and evacuation drill on regular basis.
∎ Ensure Sustainability initiatives on usage of Energy, Water and Chemicals, Waste management, people and communities etc as and when required.
∎ Formulate and monitor Company's Administration, Health & Safety, Security, Transport management, Canteen management and other policies as appropriate and develop further.
∎ Maintain close liaison with all the relevant Govt. offices, Employers' Association and other National Trade Bodies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments/Textile.
∎ Good communication and Presentation skills.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Excellent analytical ability and reporting skill.
∎ Knowledge on E-mail, Internet browsing, MS office.

Salary: Negotiable
