Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Overseeing recruitment and selection processes to ensure that the best candidates are hired for each position.
∎ Providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
∎ Managing employee benefits and compensation programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other benefits.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to Bangladesh Labor Law and Accord requirements.
∎ Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
∎ Managing the administrative functions of the factory, including facilities management, maintenance, and security.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
∎ Leading the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
∎ Providing regular reports to senior management on HR, admin, and compliance issues, including progress against key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Participating in industry forums and events to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in HR, admin, and compliance management.
∎ Managing and leading a team of HR and administrative professionals to ensure that the factory operates efficiently and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
