Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a Head of Finance, Risk & Compliance, who leads the finance team which focuses on core financial activities such as processing expenditure, ensuring cashflow, statutory and regulatory accounting, strategy and operations, analysis, planning and reporting for both Bangladesh and above country.
∎ They ensure the finance function within Oxfam in Bangladesh supports the country programme efficiently and effectively through donor reporting, partner financial monitoring and through the provision of information for non-finance managers so that they can effectively monitor their budgets

Additional Requirements:
∎ You will bring proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, and in providing a range of financial services, ideally with 10 years’ experience, for an INGO,
∎ Significant staff management experience and skills in developing a team,
∎ Knowledge of donor requirements and local laws and regulations,
∎ Effective communication skills including the ability to deliver complex and technical messages in simple terms, resilience
