∎ 12 to 15 years of experience out of which 5 years should be in a leading position in any financial institution or Large Group of companies or Multinational companies.
∎ Comprehensive and practical experience with IPOs.
∎ Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
∎ Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and other accounting software.
∎ Sound Knowledge on VAT & Tax.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
∎ Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
∎ Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
∎ Implementing accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely record of transaction and prepare financial statements.
∎ Prepare Budget, Budget variance & follow up actual performance against budget & analyze reasons for variances to reduce the gap.
∎ Prepare revenue report & all provisional expenses/liabilities on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Reconcile all banking transactions & make adjustments on monthly basis.
∎ Analyze department work to develop efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
∎ Provide support with various internal and external audits.
∎ Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual report.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports·       Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the organization (payroll, payments and other transactions).
∎ Provide insightful information to the management for investment and decision making.
∎ Coordinate external parties for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
∎ Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
∎ Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
∎ Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
∎ Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
∎ Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
∎ Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and legal requirements.
∎ Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
∎ Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ Provide leadership to finance team fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing finance team.·       Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
∎ Liaison with different financial institutions and regulatory bodies i.e. IDRA, NBR, RJSC, BIDA, BSEC and other government regulatory bodies as applicable.
∎ Participate in investor relations activities, including earnings calls and presentations.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial partners.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and analytical Head of Finance & Accounts with strong numerical skills to drive our organization's financial operations and improve financial performance include supervising accounting staffs, maintaining appropriate accounting records, overseeing internal controls, setting financial targets, developing a financial strategy, monitoring expenditure, monitoring cash flow, evaluating investments and managing tax compliance.
∎ Planning & Monitoring:
